My name is Fran. I like to think, share, create and engage. Over the past decade, I've run multiple projects related to personal well-being and development, including blogs, podcasts, video series, public events, and a non-profit foundation. I'm formally trained as a designer, and the graduation project for my BSC was the creation of a comprehensive Notion system, called A Notion of Life. This system is the result of nearly a decade of experience, a year of continuous development and testing, and much love and energy.
